Interventionist & Recovery Coach

18+ years in Recovery; Compassionate Guiding Interventionist; Creative at Heart

Kristy Stoker-Johnson is a compassionate Drug, Alcohol, and Mental Health Interventionist, Recovery Coach, and advocate for lasting change. With more than 18 years of experience, she has dedicated her life to helping individuals and families navigate addiction, mental health challenges, and the journey toward hope and healing.

Known for her calm presence, genuine compassion, and unwavering commitment to those she serves, Kristy has walked alongside hundreds of individuals and families during some of the most difficult seasons of their lives. She believes that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and the opportunity to begin again.

Throughout her career, Kristy has served as an interventionist, clinical group facilitator, recovery coach, and founder of one of Middle Tennessee's most respected sober living programs for women. As the owner and director of Foundation Sober Living for Women, she developed and led three recovery residences that became the preferred sober living provider for several leading treatment centers for eight consecutive years—a reflection of her commitment to excellence and compassionate care.

Kristy partners closely with individuals, families, and treatment professionals to facilitate interventions, educate loved ones, coordinate admissions, and provide ongoing recovery support. Her unique blend of clinical experience, leadership, and business expertise allows her to guide families through complex situations with confidence, organization, and heart.

Today, from her home in Panama City Beach, Florida, Kristy continues to be a source of hope for those seeking freedom from addiction and the challenges that accompany it. Whether she's helping a family take the first courageous step, supporting someone in early recovery, or offering encouragement through Southern Sober & Sassy, her mission remains the same: to help people discover that healing is possible, recovery is worth it, and no one has to walk the journey alone.

When she's not serving others, you'll likely find Kristy with a paintbrush in one hand and a new DIY project in the other. She has a passion for painting, interior design, remodeling, and transforming ordinary spaces into places that feel warm and welcoming. She's also a proud plant enthusiast (some might say a crazy plant lady), and if you spend any time around her, you're sure to hear a story or two about her beloved—and very opinionated—cat, Olaf.

While addiction may be part of someone's story, it never has to be the ending.
